Miniatures released in this product line are based on the illustrations and paintings of Larry Elmore. He was born in 1948 in Kentucky. His work for TSR in the 80's made him famous. He painted a number of cover art for Dungeons & Dragons, AD&D and fantasy magazines like Dragon. And he created unforgettable images from the world of Dragonlance.

Larry Elmore still lives in Leitchfield, Kentucky, and paints fantasy artwork.
